"Out of the many good values in life, these are the 3 that I observed as outstanding in my late father, Dato' Loh Yoon Foo. As I assumed tenure as Chairperson of Pusat Jagaan Rumah Sejahtera Kaki Bukit (formerly known as Rumah Orang-Tua, Kaki Bukit.) since August 2015, I discovered that this beautiful Home is also governed by these 3 characteristics.

Due to gained trust, belief in good governance of the Home and by the grace of God over the years, the Home has been blessed with generous donations in cash as well as in kind, from corporations and individuals. Being able to cover its monthly operating expenses is always a primary need of such Home.

As 2016 marks the 60th year of the Home, we look back and are grateful for the long term, ongoing support from regular donors, without whom it is impossible to operate the Home.
 

I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to all our dedicated advisors, committee members, donors and volunteers involved with the Home for their invaluable contribution in terms of time, effort, money or in kind. Thank you all the donors for giving to the Home with true compassion. Our residents now have an even better quality of life because of your continuous giving.

“在生活中许多好的价值观中，这是我在我已故的父亲拿督陆允富身上观察到的三个突出的价值观。自2015年8月起，我担任Pusat Jagaan Rumah Sejahtera Kaki Bukit(以前称为Rumah oranga - tua, Kaki Bukit)的主席，我发现这个美丽的家也有这三个特点。

由于获得了信任，相信家园的良好治理，以及多年来上帝的恩典，家园得到了来自公司和个人的慷慨现金和实物捐赠。能够支付每月的运营费用始终是这样一个家的首要需求。

2016年是慈济之家成立60周年，我们回顾过去，并感谢来自定期捐助者的长期持续支持，没有他们，慈济之家就无法运作。
